Pray for our Elders Stamina

Any sort of leadership role takes a toll on the individual, and stress in all its various forms can creep up unawares. There is always someone or something that needs immediate attention. There are always meetings, phone calls, letters, emails, whatsapp messages, reports, zoom-time, sermon preparations ... and did I say meetings! Like all leaders our Bethany elders get tired in body and spirit. Leading a church can be draining. Our elders desperately need the strength that God can provide to sustain and fulfil this ministry given to them. Pray for their physical health and their mental health. Pray for their passion and perseverance in their effort to achieve church leadership.
